This is the first release of a new game which has been in the works for some time now. Because of this, the game is very much still in active development and there may be bugs/balance issues I have missed. Zero to Harem Hero: A hentai Isekai Adventure does a surprisingly good job integrating foot fetish content into both the story and visuals. The feet aren't just fan service. They're part of the character and their erotic buidup and plot points in some routes. The animations are detailed (soles, toes, and all), and the scenes feel natural, not forced.
10/10 game
The first patch for this game is really promising and shows a lot of potential. The Patreon content is even better. I would recommend it to everyone, it makes the experience feel even more special. There are still a few rough edges, but they'll be fixed with time. Can't wait for what's to come man you've got me hooked.

Just a heads up, I got locked out of an entire save file because there's no way to leave the 2nd floor of the inn in the town just east of crown... I forget the name of the town though, but yeah I literally cannot continue.

I've seen there is some confusion regarding the Mage quest and where to go. If you head East out of Crownreach and then up, you should find the hut there. I'll update questlog for next patch to make it clearer where you need to go.

The fifth image, of the witch (I suppose) being held by the hand of a giant monster who apparently came in her mouth, gives me a horrible feeling. Can we make it so that the only one who has sex scenes, with the LIs or any girl, is the MC? Can femdom or lesbian content be avoided? On the other hand, I don't know what you have in mind for the gloryhole, but if it's even remotely similar to what I'm thinking (prostitution), I hope no LIs participate and we can avoid it.
Gloryhole is MC x girl, 5th picture is a side event and in the future I'll add the option to skip for all scenes. (Currently only some scenes are skippable)
Personally, if I don't like some scenes, I'd rather they didn't happen than they did, and the only thing I can do is not watch them.
Without knowing anything about the event I can assure you that 1) I don't like it and 2) I don't want it to happen.
